Minecraft villagers custom trades and custom items (1.16.5)

i am making rpg map and i have one big issue, i need custom villager trades with my custom items here (using just command blocks) and if i created custom trade with this command :

/summon villager 73 6 214 {VillagerData:{profession:farmer,level:3,type:taiga},Invulnerable:1,PersistenceRequired:1,Silent:1,Rotation:[180f],NoAI:1,CustomName:""Innkeeper"",Offers:{Recipes:[{buy:{id:sunflower,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:""Gold"}",Lore:[‘{"text":"Using to buy things","color":"blue"}’,'{"text":"common", "color":"yellow"}’]}}},sell:{id:honey_bottle,Count:1,tag:{display:{Name:""Beer"}",Lore:[‘{"text":"Alcohol, restores hunger","color":"blue"}’,'{"text":"common","color":"yellow"}’]}}},rewardExp:0b,maxUses:1}]}}

And after, i give myself needed item "Gold" with this command :

/give @p sunflower{display:{Name:""Gold"}",Lore:[‘{"text":"Using to buy things","color":"blue"}’,'{"text":"common","color":"yellow"}’]}} 1

You cant trade this trade with gived item, as if it were totaly another item, over it has totaly same.
Can someone help me please how to give myself item, what will work in trade ?
