Dynmap - Black areas on map refuse to render

Basically, I’ve been running a Minecraft: Java Edition SMP server (on the Fabric modloader), for a few people, and I decided to install Dynmap. It works fine however there are these black areas around the world spawn that refuse to render in on the dynmap (see screenshot), even though the chunks are almost always loaded in. I have tried running /dynmap fullrender and /dynmap reload but to no effect, the chunks still refuse to render in. In case it’s because of conflicting plugins.

I have these mods installed:

• Starlight v0.0.3
• Fabric Carpet and Carpet Extra
• Lithium
• Blocklogger
• Fabric Proxy (I use BungeeCord as a proxy)
• Player Roles

Is there a way to reload these chunks or render them in without deleting my map? Any help would be appreciated.
